El Patio de Café Milagro is a gay-friendly cafe and bar, making it a great watering hole during hot Manuel Antonio nights.
They offer craft beers, cocktails and wine in the evening (and a nightly happy hour from 4-6 pm) as well as nightly live music from 8-10 pm.
In the sunny days, Café Milagro offers delicious food and artisan coffees with their own in-house roasted beans. Oh, and they've also got their own dog!
