Located in the gay district of Shinjuku Ni-chome, King Tokyo is a top spot for gay nightlife with themed nights, gogo dancers, and top DJs. It sits opposite the lesbian bar, aptly named QUEEN. Very foreigner-friendly with English-speaking staff.

While the interiors of King are classy, the buzz is almost always outside. You'll find people spilling out onto the street, especially on weekends, which is a great way to meet and mingle.

Happy hour is from 6 PM to 9 PM.
