Crete Gay Bars & Clubs

Apollo Party is Crete’s first and only gay bar and club night, kicking off in Chania in summer 2024. Since then, it’s become the go-to event for LGBTQ+ locals and visitors looking for a proper night out. Parties usually take place on Saturdays, with more events throughout the week added during peak season. Expect a fun crowd, strong drinks, and a high-energy dancefloor.

Tickets must be booked online in advance—there’s no entry available at the door.

La Brasserie hosts regular special events with DJ's, Latin nights, live concerts and other themed parties. Located in the Heraklion city centre at Korais Square.

While not explicitly a gay bar, the Ababa bar and gallery is a popular spot with a welcoming crowd and eclectic in it's design. The gay-friendly bar is tucked away on Isodion street and promises great music and even greater cocktails. The design was inspired by the founder's love of toys.

Klik Bar is a gay-friendly dance club in Chaniá with a mostly mixed clientele.

Offering some of the best music in town, you can experience the nightlife of this popular city in Crete in an adults-only setting. Customers are mostly 90% tourists and 10% locals with English-speaking staff from the USA.
