Melbourne Lesbian Bars

Running since 2008, Sundaylicious is one of Melbourne’s longest-standing queer parties. It began as a lesbian Sunday session and now throws full weekend parties for the whole LGBTQIA+ community. Events rotate between venues and cities—Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane—with DJs, dancing, and community at the centre of it all.

Attik used to host Mother, a night dedicated to Melbourne's WLW. While the event is no longer, Attik is still popular among lesbians and other queer women.

This rooftop bar plays the best of RnB, Afro and Hip Hop, and serves a wide selection of craft beers, wines, and cocktails, and bar chow.

Flippy’s is a cosy bar in Brunswick run by and for queer women, with a warm welcome extended to the wider LGBTQ+ family and allies. Retro diner up front, backyard hangout out back, it’s got a fire pit and fairy lights, too. Expect a mostly sapphic crowd, relaxed drinks, and a friendly, dog-loving crew.
